Parking Information

We recommend that delegates travelling to the meeting use public transport where possible.

Please note that parking in the area is limited.

If travelling by car, delegates are encouraged to pre-book parking in advance. The following car parks are all within a short walk of The Alex Hotel:

Q-Park Setanta (approximately 8–10 minutes' walk)

Q-Park Dawson Street (approximately 7–8 minutes' walk)

APCOA Trinity Street Car Park (approximately 14 minutes' walk)

Alternatively, Dublin City Council operates Pay & Display parking on many surrounding streets; however, availability is limited and parking charges and time restrictions apply.

We strongly recommend allowing extra time for your journey and parking, particularly if arriving for the start of the scientific programme.

Conference Registration Desk

The conference registration desk is located at the entrance to the Orient Meeting Space.
Printed personalised badges will be available for collection at the registration desks upon arrival. The CPD sign sheets will be located at the registration desk.

Exhibition & Poster Displays

Exhibition space and the Poster Displays are located in the Orient Meeting space

We actively encourage you to interact and network with all exhibitors during the event.

This space will be open from 08:00.

Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to all delegates and speakers, please switch off, or set to silent, your mobile phones during all sessions. However, use for social media purposes will be permitted but we ask that you are respectful of your fellow delegates and speakers while doing so.
