About the Venue:

The Galmont Hotel & Spa is located in the West of Ireland on Lough Atalia Road in Galway city centre. The venue is a three minute walk from central Eyre Square and a ten minute walk to Shop Street and Quay Street. Galway's main coach, bus and train stations are conveniently located just 200m from the hotel.

Car Parking

Car Parking is available for delegates at the hotel underground carpark. The charges for the car park are set at €3.50 per hour. However, delegates attending an event are entitled to a 50% discount per hour parking (delegates must present their ticket to reception in order to avail of this discount)

Hotel residents enjoy a special parking rate of €12 per car per night in the underground Car Park, subject to availability.

EV Charging stations are available in the onsite car park provided by Easy Go.

Conference Registration Desk

The conference registration desk is located at the entrance to the Inis Mór Ballroom.
Printed personalised badges will be available for collection at the registration desks upon arrival. The CPD sign sheets will be located at the registration desk.

Exhibition & Poster Displays

Exhibition space and the Poster Displays are located in the Inis Mór Ballroom
